We let the data speak and strive for zero defects. An oil seal may be small, but it is critical to the safety and reliability of the entire system. A single leak can undermine a customer’s trust in the brand.
We regard quality control as a core capability equal in importance to production. Through data-driven inspection, process traceability and comprehensive inspection mechanisms, we continuously reduce the risk of defects.
Every batch of rubber compound entering the factory undergoes rigorous testing using a Mooney viscometer, curing rheometer and carbon black dispersion tester. We assess not only material compliance, but also batch-to-batch consistency and compatibility with the manufacturing process, ensuring that only qualified rubber compounds enter production.
We believe that quality must be built into the manufacturing process. Critical process parameters are monitored in real time across 200 vulcanizing machines, while first-piece, in-process and final-piece inspections form three lines of quality assurance. Any developing deviation is immediately traced and corrected before it can proceed to the next production stage.
Every oil seal undergoes 100% dimensional and visual inspection before delivery. Automated optical inspection equipment is combined with manual reinspection to ensure defect-free sealing lips, accurate dimensions and corrosion-free metal cases.
We have established a fully equipped laboratory with rotary oil seal test rigs, tensile testing machines, high- and low-temperature test chambers and other essential equipment to evaluate sealing performance under operating conditions that simulate real customer applications.
From rubber compound batches and production equipment to operators and inspection records, every stage of the process is traceable, ensuring that quality is fully documented and verifiable.

In-house compound development and mixing. Our dedicated rubber mixing facility develops and processes NBR, FKM and HNBR compounds for applications requiring heat, oil and wear resistance. In-house production protects proprietary formulations while maintaining consistent performance from batch to batch.
